Use a URL like http://rubydoc.info/gems/name/version/frames
Example:
http://rubydoc.info/gems/resque_mailer/0.2.1/frames

Also, for a Github project, you can use syntax that includes the commit:
http://rdoc.info/github/notahat/machinist/f52fb8/frames
(if it's not found, you can generate by using the 'add project' button on the homepage)
