Frequent 503 responses for various gem docs

When trying to visit the docs pages for various gems (like https://www.rubydoc.info/gems/azure_mgmt_network), I get 503 errors. This particular page has been giving me issues for more than 24hr, but I see these errors quite often (I'd say about 20% of the time I visit the website).

    For instance, https://www.rubydoc.info/gems/gitlab/Gitlab/Configuration
    If not a 503 immediately, then a long wait and timeout
