Duplicate entries for RuboCop, one which is severely outdated

When searching for RuboCop, it yields two results (see attached screenshot), one "rubocop" and one "RuboCop" (notice capitalization.) The former is severely outdated (0.20.1), and is causing some confusion for people.

Is there anything we can do to remove the outdated duplicate?

Thank you!
