Latest version of gem not showing up

Every now and then, I publish a new version of my gem, and the latest version doesn't show up on rubydoc.info. The one it's happening with right now is format_exception. The latest version on rubygems.org is 0.2.2, but only 0.2.1 is documented.

What am I getting wrong?
