Some pages never load
Some pages (logger from the stdlib for example) do not generate no matter how long my browser page is open.
Perhaps pre-generating all pages on the server would work?

Hey Andrew, sorry for the delayed response. We've made a number of updates since you filed this issue. Are you still having problems? Checking the latest version of the stdlib logger seems alright here, but wanted to make sure I want missing anything.
