Documentation not generated after over 24 hours

I pushed the keybase-core gem to rubygems yesterday but the documentation has still not built on rubydoc.info

Could you please advise why this might be?

   I'm looking into it-- for some reason the site is not recognizing it even though it is listed in our gem list on disk.

   Just an update-- we've had 2 related gem issues reported since the new server upgrade. The commonality in all these gems seems to be the "-" in the gem name. I'm looking into why this might be a problem with the new setup and I will keep you posted.

   Should be fixed now. Looks like our restarter wasn't working properly and not sourcing new gems into the app.

   Looking into this, I've restarted the server and I'll do some digging to see why we are not reaping the process properly.
