why would github docs be out of date, and gem docs current
When I compare the docs I see at
http://rdoc.info/gems/watir-webdriver/frames
vs
http://rdoc.info/github/watir/watir-webdriver/frames
I find that the first one is current (e.g. it has the new 'cookies' class and associated methods for that class) when the second one is out of date.
Why? Is there something that the Watir team is doing wrong, or that needs to change in order that either option generates docs that are up to date?

Looks like the GitHub repo just got stuck somehow. I've reset it and it seems to be updating fine now. Let us know if you have more issues.
