Trouble with custom template-path
My gem, https://www.rubydoc.info/gems/facterdb/2.0.1, is showing an error building: `No such template for facterdb/layout/html`
The files in question are included in the gem, so it looks like YARD on rubydoc might not be using the `--teplate-path` option in `.yardopts`
We have these options set to make our gh-pages build work properly.
How can we also get rubydoc to work?

Looks like I found the issue - YARD safe mode. I put in a separate request to see if we could be whitelisted.
