Permalinks can't be copied
When I go to
http://rubydoc.info/github/plataformatec/devise/master/frames
and right-click on a permalink anchor, something about rubydoc prevents Chrome from displaying a context menu (Chrome 18, Mac OS X 10.6.8). That makes it awfully difficult to copy permalinks, especially since the permalink doesn't break out of the frame when you click it!

I can only assume that this is a bug that needs to be fixed in Chrome. I'm on the dev build, and it seems to work alright for me. We're really not doing anything special on these links, they are just regular anchors.

I can't duplicate it either now. Obviously gamma rays or line noise, amirite?
