<p>Unfortunately the numberstoday gem is marked as "alpha" (the
0.0.1a), which makes it a pre-release in RubyGems' eyes. Rubydoc
does not list pre-release releases. If you're the maintainer, you
should publish a proper release. If you aren't the maintainer, you
should let the maintainers know about this.</p>
<p>Hope that helps!</p></div>lsegaltag:rubydoc.tenderapp.com,2010-12-26:Comment/401414502016-07-01T00:53:20Z2016-07-01T00:53:23Znumberstoday -- "If something doesn't look right ... let us know."<div><p>Hi lsegal:<br>
In your reply you state "Rubydocdoes not list pre-release
releases." If by that statement you mean that alpha gems are not
supposed to be displayed on the rubygems.org Search or Browse pages
then there is bug after all (albeit a different one than I
originally thought) because I found this gem by both searching and
by browsing. Below are two screen captures showing the pages that
got me to that gem/file link. These screen captures were taken
today.</p>

<p>PS: No, I am not the maintainer. I am CC'ing this email thread
to the maintainer @ <a href="mailto:me@rafael.pt">me@rafael.pt</a>.<br>

<p>The screenshots you linked here are from rubygems.org, which is
not affiliated with rubydoc.info. Rubygems.org itself does list and
support pre-releases, but rubydoc.info does not. Rubygems.org will
also attempt to link to docs for all projects by using a URL
pattern, but it does not verify that they exist. Gem owners can
customize the doc link shown in rubygems.org, so if that's how you
got here, you might also want to notify the maintainer to link to
their own docs.</p>
<p>Though simply making a non-pre release would solve this. If
there is only one version of the gem, there's no reason in marking
it as a pre-release.</p></div>lsegal
