many framesless urls end up creating frames

    Are you sure you're not having local browser caching issues? I cannot seem to reproduce any extra frames on the URL above. I would recommend clearing your local cache to make sure that's not the issue. If you can provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be helpful too.
