Include directives like {include:file} work locally, not on rubydoc.info

Hi,
My project builds just fine with yard 0.8.7.4 and processes includes of my examples just fine.

Here are my links:

http://rubydoc.info/github/andymeneely/squib/master/

For an example, look at the "Specifying Colors" under GitHub and on RubyDoc - the {include:file} directive goes away on the RubyDoc, so it is being processed. Googling around it looks like some files might be cleaned out, but I thought my yardopts file includes the samples directory.
