Can not generate doc. for metaprogrammed gem

I have a gem (https://github.com/LavirtheWhiolet/markov-chain-bot-module) with non-standard directory structure, and some "*.rb" files are generated. I can not use source code to build documentation, I first need to build a gem from it. Is it possible to use RubyDoc.info for my gem?
